Full disclosure: The Acorn Café is my favorite place to get breakfast in Healdsburg. This spot sources their produce, eggs, and meats from local farms and ranches, so if you’re into farm-to-table foods, you’re going to love this cute little cafe.

When Carmella opened its doors in January 2025, it quickly became a favorite for fresh and vibrant breakfast options. Their menu features cold-pressed juices, smoothies with nutrient-packed additions like sea moss gel, blue spirulina, and bee pollen, along with acai bowls and grab-and-go yogurt parfaits. It’s the kind of wholesome, nourishing food your body will thank you for after a day of exploring Healdsburg’s wineries.

Costeaux French Bakery

Breakfast in Healdsburg is delicious at Costeaux Bakery.

Costeaux French Bakery is the OG Healdsburg bakery. Their artisan breads and pastries are so good you might forget that you’re in Healdsburg for the wine, not the delicious baked goods! Try the deep dish quiche or the Costeaux omelette with bacon, spinach, sun-dried tomato, brie, and potatoes.

If you’re craving serious hangover food (re: you had a little too much fun at those Healdsburg tasting rooms!), go with the Best Morning Burger, a mouthwatering smash burger made with Angus grass fed beef, spinach, creamy chipotle aioli, melty cheddar cheese, avocado, and a sunny side egg all served on a Costeaux english muffin. Wow.
